There are a variety of factors that influence the success of students in the online and blended classroom. This course will help administrators and teacher-leaders to identify key aspects of effective teaching using this growing methodology. Participants will conduct “walk-through” visits to example online classrooms and have the opportunity to see key aspects of student data that will help determine teacher effectiveness. Focus will be on using the National Standards for Online Teaching to evaluate the educator’s performance in the online classroom.
